LOW BACK PAIN MYTHS

Today, an important message: although flare-ups of pain can be frightening, they’re often not related to damage. Some common triggers for a flare-up include stress, tension, low-mood, poor sleep, inactivity or activity you’re not accustomed to. If you have a flare up, try to stay calm, relax, and keep moving!

If you need help with exercise, motivation or even just some reassurance that what you’re doing is safe, pay your physio a visit.
