Exercise Classes at Kalamunda Physiotherapy Centre

Kalamunda Physiotherapy Centre has a total of 24 classes per week to help satisfy your exercise, rehabilitation and lifestyle goals.

 Classes in the pool include Arthritis classes for you to move better without loading already degenerative joints and Supervised Hydrotherapy for joint replacement and surgical rehabilitation.

 Classes in the gym include Osteoporosis classes to help improve and maintain health bone structure, Supervised gym classes for individualised exercise programs catering for joint replacement rehabilitation through to core stability programs for back pain and our famous Fit For Life circuit classes for those wishing to extend themselves.
